Job Description

Are you passionate about integrations, enterprise platforms, and solving complex technical challenges? Do you enjoy working across both project delivery and operational support environments? If so, we want to hear from you!

We're seeking an Integration & Platform Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in the delivery, transition, and ongoing support of our Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP) and enterprise application ecosystem.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up, helping shape a modern integration platform before transitioning into a key operational role that ensures reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across critical business systems.

About the Role:

As the Integration & Platform Support Specialist, you'll initially be embedded within our Enterprise Integration Platform project team, supporting the implementation and deployment of integration solutions across the business.

Once the platform transitions into business-as-usual operations, you'll become a key member of Digital Operations, providing Level 2/3 support, maintaining platform health and performance, and ensuring seamless data exchange between enterprise systems.

You'll help ensure our integration services remain secure, stable, resilient, and ready to support the future needs of the organisation.

What You'll be doing

Enterprise Integration Platform Delivery

  • Support the implementation and deployment of integration solutions across the Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP).
  • Collaborate with project teams, architects, and vendors to deliver reliable, supportable integration services.
  • Contribute to testing, releases, documentation, and transition activities to ensure operational readiness.

Operational Support & Service Reliability

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for integration services, ensuring platform stability, performance, and availability.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, defects, and integration failures within service level expectations.
  • Perform maintenance, upgrades, patching, and support change and release activities.

Integration & Enterprise Application Support

  • Support integration flows and reliable data exchange between enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot cross-system issues and collaborate with Application Leads to resolve business-impacting problems.
  • Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive improvements in platform performance, monitoring, automation, and operational processes.
  • Support service improvement initiatives, reporting, and compliance with security and integration standards.

What You'll Bring: You're a technically capable problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working across both projects and operational teams.

  • Experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services or similar technologies
  • Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, system integrations and data exchange concepts
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications or platforms in a complex environment
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, incident management and operational support practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Highly Regarded

  • Experience working in both project delivery and BAU operational support environments
  • Exposure to enterprise integration architecture and cloud-based integration technologies
  • Experience contributing to platform optimisation, automation or service improvement initiatives
